ITR has been conducting studies and tests on the merit of producing biodiesel in Idaho utilizing both spent vegetable oil and seed oil (canola or rapeseed) as feedstock. These studies have considered utilizing methane from one of our biogas plants for fueling a biodiesel production plant. ITR is looking for partners to undertake biodiesel production in Southern Idaho and other areas in the western United States.
