The Biofuel Production
effort is led
primarily by
Mr. Bradley Frazee, a Chemical
Engineer with 20 years of operations and project management
experience in the commercial and federal chemical and
nuclear industries.He is
responsible for the development of ITR's various biofuels
production projects. Biofuels are combustible fuels (e.g.,
biogas {methane}, biodiesel, ethanol, and hydrogen) derived
from biomass -- i.e., plant derived organic matter. ITR
provides the overall management and engineering for
planning, building, and operating -- and owning or co-owning
-- biofuel production facilities. (Click to view our
Methane-to-Market brochure.)
ITR's biofuels projects are initially
focused on Southern Idaho, with
the intention of expanding to other regions where similar
opportunities exist.
ITR has chosen to place initial emphasis
on biogas production via anaerobic digestion of dairy
manure. Biogas is the least capital intensive, the quickest
to bring to market and, significantly, can serve as a
critical component to the success of each of the other three
biofuels lines. Magic Valley, with over 300,000 head of
cattle concentrated in a relatively tight geographic
grouping, is one of the most prime locations in the entire
nation to launch such a business venture.
The company's first biogas plant was
constructed in 2004 at Whitesides Dairy, a 4,000-head dairy near Rupert,
Idaho. Operations began in November, 2004 to verify
production yields and was completed in 2005. To view
construction photos from the final phase of this project,

ITR's second project is located near
Wendell, Idaho, at Westpoint Dairy, a 6,000-head dairy. Construction
began in 2005. For the latest pictures on this project,

Biodiesel and Ethanol production
facilities continue to be of interest relative to ITR's overall
business plans.
