Dr. Jacob D. Dustin

President and Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Dustin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a M.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Water Resources, and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with an Environmental emphasis. As a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Jake served a distinguished 25-year career in the U.S. Air Force and experienced numerous worldwide assignments both as a pilot and civil engineer. He joined the private sector in 1995. Jake has an extensive background and service record in increasingly responsible operational and engineering leadership roles and is a registered professional engineer with current licenses in Idaho, Utah, and Colorado.
