ITR’s
previous experience with Fluor Federal Services and
DynCorp working on Army and Air Force Logistics Civilian
Augmentation Programs has led to additional work with
4D2 – Compass Group located in
Johannesburg, SA (corporate office located in Dubi, UAE)
providing civil engineering, construction management, and
technical support for remote camp construction in oil and
gas fields worldwide. ITR has completed two major efforts
including work on the recently awarded EGTL Remote Camp
Project worth $60 Million as well as various proposals
related to the Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts. ITR
maintains an Open Purchase Order with 4D2 –
Compass Group for continued support services.
ITR’s
previous contacts with key personnel at MedActinium,
Inc. and MS Technologies, Inc. have the
potential to bring in new work providing engineering and
technical services in the fields of Medical Isotope
Development and Production and Microwave Melting
Technologies.
ITR’s
previous experience performing engineering services for
the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) over the past five
years has led to many contacts and an established
reputation to perform critical work tasks on time and
under budget. ITR is currently teaming with several other
local and regional companies that have submitted proposals
for A&E Services at the Test Reactor Area for the INL and
Staff Augmentation Services for the Idaho Cleanup Project
(ICP). These proposals have the potential to bring in
additional engineering services work for the next six
years (through 2012).
ITR
continues to maintain several minor contracts at the INL
providing Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Structural
Analysis for various Decontamination and Dismantlement
(D&D) Projects for the ICP.
Project
Controls Update:
ITR’s previous experience performing Project Controls
Engineering (PCE) at the INL has led to an established
reputation of providing outstanding PCE technical
support personnel. Many of the previous PCE personnel
held key positions within various planning and control
organizations at the INL including TRA, INTEC, and TSA.
Once the major push was accomplished to have all area
planning updated, much of this PCE work has been pulled
back to be accomplished internally and therefore not
much work is forthcoming in this area.
Science
and Technology Projects:
ITR continues its work with Oak Ridge Associate
University (ORAU) in their continuing Dose
Reconstruction efforts for the Department of Energy
(DOE). ITR’s work load varies from quarter to quarter
depending upon the matrix of personnel expertise
required. This contract was initiated in June, 2002 has
been renewed for the last 12 quarters and its current
total value is approximately $1,794,000.
